How to Return Items

UK Returns

  1. Log in to your boldcoloursshop.com account
  2. Select “Order History”
  3. Choose items to return
  4. Print prepaid return label
  5. Ship within 14 days of request

International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Must mark customs form as “RETURNED GOODS”
  • Refund excludes original shipping costs

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: 5-7 business days after we receive items
  • Method: Original payment form
  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping costs (unless faulty)
    • Return shipping for international orders
